• Most orders have a 3-7 business days production time.
• Custom, large, or special project orders (such as Spaces or Church Launch) require thorough planning months ahead. 

Shipping & Delivery:

• Orders are shipped via reliable carriers and delivery partners.
• Standard delivery typically takes 1-5 business days after shipping.
• You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order leaves our facility.
• Orders containing items from multiple categories may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order details and delivery location.
• For bulk, oversized, or complex projects, special shipping arrangements or rates may apply. Our team will coordinate directly as needed.
